For many years, botulinum toxin has been known in medicine for a wide range of indications (muscle spasticity, neuropathic pain, etc.). It is currently one of the most used procedures in aesthetics, where it finds its place thanks to its function of preventing neuromuscular transmission at the application site. As a result, muscle relaxation and smoothing of the wrinkles occur. Botulinum toxin is also used to treat hyperhidrosis (increased sweating). The principle of action is by blocking the transmission of nerve impulses to the apocrine sweat glands. The most commonly treated areas are sore throats, palms and soles.

In the narrow sense of the word mesotherapy is a method where by active substances, growth factors, enzymes, etc. are introduced into the skin with the aid of a fine needle.
Mesotherapy with hyaluronic acid is most commonly applied to the face, neck, neckline and hands. Hyaluronic acid is not crosslinked but to glycerol, which allows the retention of water, thereby achieving deep hydration of the skin. This procedure achieves skin hydration, fine wrinkle correction, biorevitalization and skin tightening.
Mesotherapy against the formation of pigmentation blocks the enzyme tyrosinase, which is needed for melanoma formation. Thus the endogenous pigment formation is suppressed. It is used to treat existing pigments as well as to prevent the formation of new ones.
Mesotherapy against hair loss aims to strengthen the hair. It contains vitamins and minerals needed for hair growth. Makes hair more resistant to external effects and reduces hair loss.
Mesotherapy with lipolytic enzymes is indicated for the reduction of fat deposits. Lipolytic enzymes attack the membrane of fat cells (adipocytes) and destroy it. For better results, this type of mesotherapy is combined with Venus Legacy, the vacuum is used, where the adipocytes are broken down into small drops that can be removed by the lymphatic system. Most often is used for double chin adjustment, in the abdomen and waist area also.
Plasma therapy consists of the following: taking a certain amount of venous blood from the patient and centrifuging it after. At the bottom of the tube, heavy cells are precipitated, such as erythrocytes, and serum and platelets remain above them. The latter has the ability to release biologically active substances, thus speeding up recovery processes, keeping the skin vibrant and elastic.

The Estetics&Dermatology Clinic operational theatre performs surgical removal of benign and malignant skin tumors, cysts, and correction of nail disorder. Manipulations are performed in compliance with all rules for asepsis and antisepsis, do not require a prolonged stay in the clinic, and patients are screened for a few weeks after the intervention. The operations are performed after local anesthesia, are no traumatic and the plastic sutures allow the healing of the defect without residual scars.
Benign tumors are those that have slow to moderate growth rates, do not invade surrounding tissues, do not metastasize, and often represent only aesthetic problems.
To remove them, a surgical approach or a laser can be chosen, subject to individual consideration by the specialist.
Suitable for laser removal are more superficial tumors in the narrow and broad sense of the word. The treated area is cleaned and a local analgesic injected. The laser has several modes of operation, allowing very precise removal of the lesion. After the procedure, an antibiotic is applied to a topical cream that is applied for 10-14 days and a sunscreen if the area is photographed. The defect grows without leaving a scar, and patients can immediately return to their daily activities.
Surgical removal of tumors, allocated an idea deeper into the skin. The skin is cleaned, disinfected, and an anesthetic is injected locally. The lesion is cut out “firmly,” and if there is the least suspicion of malignancy, it is subjected to a histological examination. The defect is restored with a plastic suture that provides optimal aesthetic healing results. Intradermal resorbable sutures are used and do not require removal afterwards. In the areas with higher stresses (eg. spinal zone), external sutures are also used, which are removed a few days later. The patient comes to a follow-up checkup after 2-3 days (if necessary) and a week after surgery.

The primary consultation consists of a thorough examination of skin changes, investigation of the available medical records, and conducting additional tests when necessary. Diagnostic and therapeutic approaches are individualized and tailored to the clinical features of each patient.
The secondary consultation is conducted to follow-up the dynamics of skin disease, assess its response to the treatment, and to estimate the need for additional diagnostic and therapeutic measures.
