Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of National and World Economy (UNWE). She subsequently earned a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Development from New Bulgarian University, following a program designed in accordance with the professional standards of the CIPD (UK) and the European Qualifications Framework. Her extensive background also includes professional experience at the Medical University of Sofia. Her management goals focus on the optimal organization of processes, adherence to best practices, and the mandatory application of business ethics. She is dedicated to building efficient operational structures and refining business strategies within the aesthetic dermatology industry.
