Dr. Aylin Kafelova graduated in Medicine from Sofia University in 2019 with full honors and the prestigious "Golden Hippocrates" award. In 2020, she began her residency in Dermatology and Venereology at the Clinic for Skin and Venereal Diseases of "Aleksandrovska" University Hospital, completing it in 2024. She is a Fellow of the European Board of Dermatology and Venereology (FEBDV), having successfully passed the European Board examination with distinction. Currently, she is a PhD candidate at the Medical University of Sofia.

Her scientific and professional interests are focused on Clinical Dermatology, Dermatoscopy, and Dermatohistopathology, with a specialized focus on the diagnosis of pigmented skin lesions. In her practice, Dr. Kafelova applies a modern, evidence-based, and personalized approach to aesthetic dermatology, including injectable and device-based procedures aimed at achieving natural and long-lasting results. For her, excellence in dermatology begins with attention to detail, patient dialogue, and respect for individual uniqueness.

Dr. Kafelova actively participates in national and international scientific congresses, training programs, and certification courses in dermatology and aesthetic medicine. She is a member of the Bulgarian Dermatological Society (BDS), the Bulgarian Medical Association (BMA), the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV), and the International Dermoscopy Society.
